The EnviroSolutions EnviroWash System is an innovative, water-based treatment system that turns paint wash-out from brushes and rollers into clean water and inert solid waste, allowing for easier and safer disposal.
To keep your paint wash out system clean and running correctly, we recommend utilizing our line of EnviroWash accessories. After washing paint tools with the Envirowash, it is recommended to add the starter additive. After stirring in the starter for 30 seconds, the finisher solution should then be added. The two additives being the flocculation process, where the paint and water begin to separate.
Once the water has been fully treated, simply open the clear water outlet. Clean water will be released with the help of the clean water filter. Lastly, insert the sludge filter bag. The remove the paint residue at the bottom of the system, use the sludge release value and pump into sludge filter bag.
